As a teacher, I am interested in facilitating a yoga practice that emphasises the connection between the movement of the breath and each individual asana, establishing the focus for a moving meditation.

As a lifelong lover of movement and creativity, I have spent over 10 years exploring my own yoga practice. Eventually, I took the plunge into teacher training with Yogacampus (320 contact hours across 18 months accredited by Yoga Alliance). Since then, I have completed over 160 additional hours of intensive training under the tutelage of leading female yoga teachers such as Kathryn Budig, Sarah Powers and Shiva Rea.

Having transitioned into the ISHTA Yoga lineage under the guidance of Yogiraj Katrina Repka, I am currently undertaking her advanced yoga teacher training to deepen my understanding of the practice. Academically, I hold a Master of the Arts from the Royal College of Art, which still informs my methodology, making me a firm believer in playful experimentation.

To explore your own yoga practice with me you can join one of my weekly group classes, attend an upcoming workshop of mine or get in touch to hire me to teach in your work place or arrange a tailor made one-to-one session in the comfort of your own home.
