private or small group classes

Yoga was originally passed down directly from master teachers in a tailor-made one-on-one practice to each individual student based on their health, body type and lifestyle. Private sessions are a powerful way to connect with yourself and focus on your specific needs and expectations. Whether you want to practice from the convenience of your own home, or at my home studio, I will accommodate your personal preferences and support you in the best possible way.

  • Begin your yoga journey and develop strong foundations for your practice

  • Deepen your practice by focusing on specific postures or areas of your body

  • Learn to work with existing injuries and improve pain management

  • Set long term goals for your practice

  • Take time for yourself and flexibly fit yoga into your busy schedule

I offer a free 15-minute phone call or personal consultation for new clients, where we can discuss your needs and hopes in advance of the first session. To schedule your free consultation email me via

Private sessions for 1 or 2 people can be booked for 60, 75 and 90 minutes. I charge £65 per hour or offer a block booking of 4 hours for just £230. For 3 or more people an additional charge of £10/person is applicable.

I also offer on-site corporate yoga across London to progressive businesses who understand that looking after the well-being of their team of employees is essential to maintaining the highest level of performance.

The size of corporate yoga classes can vary depending on your needs and the space available at your location. The classes are designed to cover all levels of yoga.

My ‘Out of Office Yoga’ classes are specifically geared to alleviate the postural issues caused by working in desk-based environments and offer a wide range of physical and mental benefits. Practicing yoga before work can be a fantastic way to wake up the brain, a lunch time class can be a wonderful way to combat the afternoon slump, and an evening class offers opportunities to unwind and release constricted muscles after sitting at a desk all day.
