Yoga was originally passed down directly from master teachers in a tailor-made one-on-one practice to each individual student based on their health, body type and lifestyle. Private sessions are a powerful way to connect with yourself and focus on your specific needs and expectations. Whether you want to practice from the convenience of your own home, or at my home studio, I will accommodate your personal preferences and support you in the best possible way.

Private sessions for 1 or 2 people can be booked for 60, 75 and 90 minutes. I charge £60 per hour or offer a block booking of 5 hours for just £250. For 3 or more people an additional charge of £10/person is applicable.

Please note my 48h cancellation policy for all private yoga lessons. Full refunds apply for cancellations received up to 48 hours, full payment is required thereafter.

Corporate CLASSES

I also offer on-site corporate yoga across London to progressive businesses who understand that looking after the well-being of their team of employees is essential to maintaining the highest level of performance.

The size of corporate yoga classes can vary depending on your needs and the space available at your location. The classes are designed to cover all levels of yoga.

My ‘Out of Office Yoga’ classes are specifically geared to alleviate the postural damages caused by desk-based environments and offer a wide range of physical and mental benefits. Practicing yoga before work can be a fantastic way to wake up the brain, a lunch time class can be a wonderful way to combat the afternoon slump, and an evening class offers opportunities to unwind and release constricted muscles after sitting at a desk all day.

PRICES AND BOOKING:

A one-off 60 minute corporate yoga lesson or event is charged at £120 per hour. Regular weekly 60-minute classes, with a minimum of 10 pre-booked sessions are charged at £800. Please note that these costs do not include the provision of mats. Mats may be provided, depending on numbers, at an additional charge which covers transport and usage cost.
